For girls it's clear - shoes on 5th Avenue, clothes in the Fashion District, jewelery in Diamond Alley, the windows at Macy’s and in the evening a show at Times Square.
The boys look at cameras at B&H at 31st Street (and now we know why they are closed on Saturday), buy headphones, camera bags and CDs at JR Electronics in downtown or at the Apple Store (at least this is at 5th Avenue) and they spend their evenings waiting for hours at scenic spots for the right light.
